The distillery
Distilling this gin anywhere in the world would already be a challenge, but we don't do it anywhere. We do it in Alcobaça and in the traditional way:
in a copper still, in limited batches of 428 bottles.
Os botânicos mais delicados merecem um cuidado especial. Através do método do cesto, os óleos essenciais são lentamente extraídos pelo vapor. Só assim garantimos que nenhum aroma se perde.
